Dear Friends,

This year has been exceptional for Mavrik Realty and me. My first full year flying solo under the banner of Mavrik Realty has exceeded all my projections and goals. The chart below highlights my results for the past five years. It's going to be tuff to live up to or out do my 1999 results, but I'm game if you are!

I couldn't be happier. I love what I do. Overall. I serve more buyers than sellers (82% Vs 18%), although this year I had more listings than ever. Seventy-five percent (75%) of the buyers I assist are first-time home buyers. Working with this group is particularly rewarding. They are extra appreciative of my services and I enjoy helping them achieve the "American Dream."

Although I don't farm or target any particular geographic area, nearly two-thirds of my clients choose to buy or sell in Hennepin County (64%), 18% in Ramsey County and 13% in Dakota County. Thirty-five percent (35%) of my clients find me through my ads in the gay-lesbian press (i.e. Lavender Magazine) or the Minnesota Women's Press or Directory. Referrals (27%) and repeat customers (9%) are becoming a larger share of my business as time goes on.
